Position Description: 1.Weekly review GEOs’ forecast and system demand loading, ensure accurate forecast releasing to backend team. 2.Weekly review supply status with GSM team, provide valuable and workable supply guidance for GEOs to achieve their shipment target, or do demand conditioning during supply constraint period. 3.Coordinate with GEOs on product transition & end of life management aligned with BU team. 4.Work with BU and GSM team on long lead-time raw material preparation & tooling preparation. 5.Work out family and key parts long term FCST. #### Position Requirements: 1.Good English communication skill. 2.Good at logical analysis, data collection and report. 3.Good at learning. 4.Team work spirit.
