Key Responsibilities:

1) Fully immerse in and understand the existing products, product materials, structure, specifications for Electrical safety products

2) Fully immerse in and understand the formulation, process and manufacturing for ESP projects

3) Lead Electrical safety products development, Product improvement and cost saving projects based on market strategy.

4) Be responsible for quantifying the materials, specifications as well as vendors

5) Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and teardown to understanding existing and competitors’ electrical safety products

6) Conduct feasibility studies

7) Technical support to relevant people and suppliers to enhance the total quality

8) Cooperate cross functions for technical reviews and development.

Qualification:

1. Education - M.S. degree of Chemical engineering or Polymer Science with at least 2 years working experience;

2. Project management experience is Plus

3. Design and development experience of Rubber or plastic or latex related product is a plus

4. Good in written and oral English

5. Experience in multi-national project, work with Global team
