Essential Responsibilities: - Set KPI’s/strategy, define and identify business requirements with Wind fulfillment staff leadership;

• Lead the fulfillment team for direct material, packaging, utilities and equipment procurement;
• Be responsible for resource alignment to support global growth needs;
• Manage Buyers in fulfilling commitments and organize the appropriate plans to mitigate delivery risk;
• Work with inbound logistics team to ensure materials delivery process is defined and meets budget;
• Partner with GCL’s and supplier to develop improvements in lead time and execution of product cost out;
• Partner with Supplier Quality to drive quality initiatives for Sourcing;
• Lead team in all transactional activates and Purchase Order (PO) placement and management;
• Lead team to ensure supplier promise date accuracy and buyer operating rhythm with suppliers;
• Be responsible for expedite POs and ensure on-time delivery;
• Ownership of the LOB process and establishing recovery plan;
• Maintain accurate system standard costs;
• Coordinate with configuration engineering and ensure buyer engagement into the CCB process;
• Partner with planning team to ensure supplier deliveries are consistent with ASCP and inventory objectives;
• Participate to ERP system implementation and assure right usage for the Sourcing and Logistics related aspects;
• Coordinates daily planner/buyers, MRP planning, warehouse and logistics activities.
• Covers plant Warehouse, Logistics management and Indirect Sourcing in his working scope.

Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor or above degree;

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a Sourcing or Procurement role, better with ERP/MRP experience;
• Result-oriente54 d, innovative, adaptable, self-motivated, and a team player;
• Demonstrated track record of performance and leading team - analytical & problem solving skills;
• Strong leadership, motivational and communication skills, desire with better negotiating experience;
• Experience in driving continuous improvement at suppliers (Cost Out, Lead Time);
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
