Key Responsibilities:

2. Design mechanical component for chargers, such as plastic enclosure, insulators, spring contact etc. and documentation of engineering drawings using CAD;

3. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated models;

4. Perform Tolerance and Failure Analysis and provide Corrective Actions;

5. Lead the communication to the customer R&D when it comes to their design specifications, mechanical drawing specifications and mechanical test requirements;

6. Work with cross-functional team to accurately implement actions as agreed with the customers;

7. rovide feedback to customer with regards to issues or concerns, recommendations and next-steps on product design and functionality;

8. Support and help customers in the design and development of different electronics product to meet their goal of achieving high standard quality and new technology design by bridging customers to Salcomp manufacturing environment and systems;

9. Support production people in their process improvement, DOEs, and up-to-date release of documents like BOM and mechanical drawings in the system to support production build.

Requirements:

1. 招 聘 要 求 Education/学历：Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines.

2. Language/语言：Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

3. Experience & skill/经验、技能：

1> At least 5 year of experience in consumer electronics design & development;

2> Able handle projects and responsibilities with less supervision;

3> Experienced in trouble-shooting of manufacturing /tooling issues in low and high volume, fast-paced production environment;

4> Computer proficient in 2D & 3D software, 3D file management applications, Engineering simulation software and MS Office applications;

5> Proficiency in FACA, tolerance analysis and GD&T;

6> Knowledgeable in fabrication of plastic and metal parts using different process such as Injection Molding, Double Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Stamping;

7> Others/其它： Can multi-task & willing to render overtime as needed.
