工作职责:

1. Design and develop the plastic parts in tank trims/application.

Be good at the mockup fabrication process and tolerance control method, guide vendor to produce desired parts. Be familiar with CNC, 3D print process. Know the plastic material performance to match design requirement.

设计开发水件内外结构，内部空间的合理布局。熟悉结构件的样品制作工艺生产流程及公差分析工具，能提供专业的模具修改意见，对机加工CNC，3D打印有很好的了解。熟悉卫浴行业常用塑料材料性能,在设计中能正确使用材料.

2. Co-work with appearance designer to implement the product/mold structure design, advice the adjustment solution; prepare the design documents for gate review, to make sure the design proposal is accepted by designer, MKT and MFG. 负责整个项目产品的结构设计工作，很好的配合外观结构设计工程师完成后期的样品制作，提出专业改善性建议，并准备设计相关资料，确保产品结构能顺利通过评审。

3. Mold design Communicate and discuss with the modeler team and component engineer, defeat the problem that would be happen. Be good at the mold modification, cost reduction. 必须与模具制作小组及配件工程师等相关小组的沟通、讨论，解决可能发生的一切潜在问题。熟悉注塑成型常见的不良及其解决方法. 熟悉模具结构和修模改模方法，进行结构设计时能尽可能降低模具及成型的cost.

4. Trouble shooting Have experience in trouble shooting. Be diligent about analyzing the factors which inducing crack and warpage. 解决产品开发中的问题、问题跟踪以及与客户讨论技术问题

5. Support quality team to track and control the first sample’s dimension and deformation, feedback to the mold department for further modification. High efficient communicate with QA and work better together for quickly approval. Be good at DFMEA & six-sigma tools application to control dimensions. 跟踪测量样品，记录实际样品的尺寸变化及变形趋势，并反馈给模具部门做进一步的修改。熟悉DFMEA. 有一定质量观念，对6西格玛有一定了解. 有复杂产品公差分析能力,在设计及后续阶段对产品进行公差分析并将合理的公差定义到相关图纸. 同时保持与工厂QA团队的沟通及协作，确保实际产品能顺利通过审批。

6. Ensuring the completion of engineering documentation to support product introductions and/ or revisions. 确保对新产品的推广及工程文件修改信息的完整.

7. Do other job as assign. 其他临时指派的任务

8. Responsible for safety, working environment, and follow the company rule & regulation 有义务遵守安全, 工作环境及公司各项规章制度

9. Know well about the engineering drawing standards and expression method, with the 2D template. 熟练掌握工程制图标准和表达方法，熟悉CAD和Pro-E绘制二维图的标准模板。

10. Proficiency of the CAD and Pro-E software for normal structure design process. 熟练掌握CAD 和Pro-E软件，能针对特定要求做快速修改

11. Know the NPD process, MFG process, the modeling, blocking and casing process, and the related standard/Nom, country specify. 熟悉产品开发NPD流程，生产流程，原模胎膜流程，

12. All specifications for standard requirements and country specify. 熟悉各国标准, 熟悉电子盖板安规和标准

任职资格:

1. Bachelor or masters‘ degree in Mechanical Engineering or related. 本科或硕士学位，机械工程及相关专业。

2. At least 5 years of working experience in consumer device design. 五年以上电子产品结构开发经验。

3.Strong mechanical design software application, Pro-E, Auto-CAD and others. 扎实的3D结构设计软件运用能力。熟练使用Pro-E,Auto-CAD等绘图软件。

4.Self-Motivated, work hard and team work. Be willing to devote to daily work. 具有自我激励，工作努力，有一定的职业奉献精神。

5.Have the basic quality control experience; know how to avoid the design risk. 具有基本的质量管控经验和风险预防意识。

6.Good English reading & writing skill or Japanese skill. 良好的英语读写能力，会日语亦可。
