• Fully in charge of business and OTB planning for Marella and iBlues covering 70 stores.
• Coordinate in between HQ and local regional buying team.
• Define product mix, assortment and pricing strategy for China market.
• Analyse weekly /monthly sales reports and propose appropriate action to meet sales need.
• Monitoring sales performance, purchase, stock level delivery and allocation.
• Attending the global product meeting and buying trips in Italy 4 trips a year.

职位要求：

• Strong analytical and problem solving communication skills
• Fluent in English or Italian either or is a must
• Over 5 years in merchandising or planning preferably in fashion & luxury industry; Understood retail operation.
• Great coordination with HQ and local buyers.
• Good at time management and able to work under pressure
• Efficient, independent, proactive and work as a team player
