• Facing USA market, cover craft and seasonal product.
• Managing, training and developing Assistant Merchandisers
• Set and agreed KPIs with buyer, sales, margin, markdown, terminal stock and stock phasing. Working with the Buyer to develop commercial, balanced ranges within this framework.

• Bachelor or above degree major;
• At least 5 years of purchasing, sourcing.
• at least 3 years in managerial role;
• Strong mindset about cost efficiency;
• Did working in USA market and cover craft and seasonal product.
• High standard of numerical and analytic ability
• Previous experience within Merchandising.
• Commercial awareness
