Responsibilities:
To successfully build and manage an engineering team focused on building AI focused products
To establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
To establish, implement and delegate management strategies to senior technical staff
To conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
To provide recommendations on hiring, firing and promotions
To work with Marketing & Sales to assist in the definition of product strategy
To work with customers, to translate their requirements into product features and to provide technical support where required
Skills Required
Must have a minimum of 10 years hands-on IC and or IP design experience ideally with a focus on CPU design
Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in building and leading hardware engineering teams
BSCS degree or equivalent, MSCS preferred
