Key Responsibilities

• Work cross functions to create engaging and inspiring content relevant to the team’s goals
• Support and moderate across all owned local social media channels (RL.CN, Wechat, Weibo and other relevant Chinese social channels)
• Leverage owned social media platforms to support global programs, campaigns and initiatives
• Create and execute social media strategies for local events.
• Work with regional team on digital media buying to support brand broadcast opportunities
• Review and analyze social KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Action feedback from reports, analyses, and recommendations into concrete plans
• Research trends, emerging technology, and opportunities to innovate within the role and workplace
• With the support fromdigital APAC team, define, create and execute an integrated strategy for key regional events/projects/campaigns in China to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversation
• Work with internal and external creative teams and agencies to prepare relevantcreative assets that are to be broadcasted via owned social channels and other customer touch points, including DTC stores and other resoueces provided by LL
• Assist in the forecasting and measurement of social and digital marketing’s impact to the online/offline businesses
• Analyze programs effectiveness and develop best practice recommendations
• Foster relationships with teams in market to seek out hyper-local and unique opportunities to increase engagement of the brand to new and returning customers

Requirements

• Native Chinese writer/speaker with fluent English skills
• Digital media / digital marketing experience (2-4 years)
• Excellent communication skills (Chinese) – verbal and written, including impeccable spelling and grammar
• Experience in the retail industry and/or digital agency preferable
• Internet savvy
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experienced in delivering resultsand adjusting plans based on KPIs
• Ability to handle high pressureProven work ethic with utmost integrity
• Strong organizational skills
