Job Description
Our client, a reputable Japanese firm is now seeking for an administrative professional to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Manage all-rounded office administration matters including contract and license review and renewal, negotiation with vendors and suppliers and sourcing various required services
- Assist to develop and implement corporate administration procedures and policies
- Provide regular review and keep updating if necessary
- Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for facilities maintenance
- Monitor and control office expenses and assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and inventory for office equipment
- Provide smooth office operations support and maximize efficiency
- Maintain excellent communication and relationship with various departments for better results
- Assist to provide support on some HR matters
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ solid administrative experience, preferably in medium size companies with around 80 staff
- Solid experience in independently handle office administration work and projects
- Some human resources working experience is definitely an advantage
- Mature, proactive, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skill
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
