Job Description

Our client, a reputable Japanese firm is now seeking for an administrative professional to join their team. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage all-rounded office administration matters including contract and license review and renewal, negotiation with vendors and suppliers and sourcing various required services
  • Assist to develop and implement corporate administration procedures and policies
  • Provide regular review and keep updating if necessary
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for facilities maintenance
  • Monitor and control office expenses and assist in the preparation of annual budgets
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and inventory for office equipment
  • Provide smooth office operations support and maximize efficiency
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationship with various departments for better results
  • Assist to provide support on some HR matters

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ solid administrative experience, preferably in medium size companies with around 80 staff
  • Solid experience in independently handle office administration work and projects          
  • Some human resources working experience is definitely an advantage
  • Mature, proactive, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skill
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
