In this role, you have the opportunity to develop and implement business practices to ensure optimal performance within the resource planner team. This role will help build a world-class planning organization, dedicated to providing an exceptional customer service experience. The majority of time will be spent optimizing workflow and process, and solving complex problems for our field organization, transforming data into information to improve our productivity and quality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify patterns in issues/inquiries and promote improved customer service through regular discussions with leaders.

  • Provide support to field organizations and customers by researching and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Prepare accurate reports using data from multiple data sources.

  • Key user / Business process expert for software tools

  • Agile thinker possessing creativity, curiosity, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify & quantify opportunities to drive productivity, efficiency, and cost out of the organization.

  • Partner with the business to deliver on improvement targets necessary to achieve business goals.

  • Engages with the business to transform processes with a focus on eliminating waste and expanding value-added activities.

The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, deep analytical background, and the ability to convey complex ideas in a thoughtful and digestible manner. They must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, have the ability to learn new processes quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment. They will be passionate about their work, detail-oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in work experience.

  • 3+ years relevant analytical experience

  • Experience in ServiceMax, SalesForce, SAP or other ERP/planning tool required

  • Positive, self-starting, flexible and forward-thinking individual with strong organizational skills who can work both independently and in a team environment

  • Attention to detail and ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy

  • Proficient in MS Office programs – Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint with excellent Excel skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changes in job priorities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills required in interactions with internal and external customers

  • Ability to work independently to meet objectives and work through issues to resolution in a timely manner

  • Strong problem solving skills; familiarity with Lean methodology
