Position Description: As a Senior Global MBG (Mobile Business Group) Operations Manager in Lenovo, you will be responsible for delivering Worldwide operational efficiencies supporting the MBG initiatives for our Global Account customers. Includes responsibility for enabling the setup of MBG product, services and RTM readiness of smartphone products to Global accounts. You will have a deep understanding of the IT systems and tools used in support of Global Accounts, such as LOIS, CRM, Web stores, ICO catalogs, SAP, ECC, Web accuracy and finance measurements. This will be a highly visible role within our growing incubation business and will require assisting with demand planning across multiple GEOs and Distribution Hubs, working with sales management, using forecasting tools to compile and analyze data that streamlines stock rotation while minimalizing both stock liabilities and lead time to our Fortune 500 customers. The Senior MBG Operations Manager will also require building partnerships with the extended Global Accounts organization, coordinating the efforts of sales, opportunity management and reporting, to help maximize Revenue and Margin for Lenovo’s MBG products. Organization You will report to Director for Worldwide OEM - Global Accounts business. Main duties include the following: • Building & execution of operational plans and reporting of sales of MBG products within GA. • Global demand planning and replenishment order management across our multiple regional DCs. • Leading Design, creation and maintenance of the new licensing models, part number set up, pricing , e2e order to cash process flow for all channels • Designing, creating and maintaining service upsell models, part number set up, pricing, e2e order to cash process flow for all channels in MaaS and Managed service models. • Ongoing MBG product part number setup & list price accuracy ownership • MBG Subject matter expert and MGB focal for Global account RFP’s • Creation and Maintenance of Global Availability matrixes and other such materials that facilitate global sales readiness. • Overseeing future BTIT integration projects including scoping of APAC integration model • Responsible for overall education GA community to share processes and offerings • Working with 3PO process to secure a range of mobile accessories in to the MBG portfolio • Ownership of ongoing analysis of metrics & business performance to produce weekly report on business performance with relevant actions and recommendations. • As our Global MBG Ops Leader, ability to work with marketing team to ensure internal and external resources are keep up to date. • Assessing & mitigate risks / issues through effective contingency plans. #### Position Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of experience in an Operations role. • Existing knowledge of Smartphone Market and global compliance protocols • Global Supply Chain experience is preferable • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, & SAP • Business analytical skills • Expert Project management skills • Experience in working with Fortune 500- Global Accounts What We Will Offer You: • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity • Attractive compensation package We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
