KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Design and Optimize optical devices assembly process
? Work with mechanical engineers to realized the optical design with consideration of tolerance, thermal effects
? Work with electronic engineers to realized the electronic interface
? Prepare and update the process engineering documents such as Process-flow chart, PFMEA, Work instruction and etc.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS (include Education, Skills & Experience):
? Bachelor degree or above in Optics, Optoelectronics, physic or related engineering discipline
? Strong problem-solving capabilities on optical design and process optimization: hermetical sealing process, adhesive process, thermal insulation.
? 3 years above previous working experience in optical communication, Optoelectronics device, and related industries
? Team spirit and good interpersonal skills, good communication skills in English
? Familiar with mechanical design is an advantage
