• Work as a layout engineer and on storage or server or communication products for more than 8 years.
• Have high density PCB design experience from 2 to 40 layers, Familiar with high-speed layout design requirement.
• Understand PCB&PCBA manufactory process, familiar with IPC standard is preferred.
• Familiar with EMC&EMI layout requirement.
• Good at summarize, can summarize the layout experience from the customer’s guideline, requirement and feedback and train others. Have the capability to participate training material preparation.
• Expert in PCB design tool Cadence Allegro 16.x &17.x , experience on Valor Trilogy 5000/NPI is preferred.
• Self-motivated, hard-working, capable of completing assignments under the pressure of urgent schedule and high design requirements. Can accept shift work and be willing to travel if needed.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
