ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

To lead the Product engineering team, drive process/quality exellence; Ensure new product/technology/facility introduced into production smoothly; Manage end to end process/quality control including materials.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead PE team's daily work like BOM/SOP maintenance, process training, FOD monitoring, CCR investigation, IPQC process audit, incoming material control etc.
• To manage and monitor the discipline of PE team.
• Work with global organization like Global Manufacturing Automation/Innovation/Global quality on any global projects/activities.
• Own the local roll out/implementation of any global product launch, technical spec change.
• Assign talents to provide technical support on production problem solving; Initiate Kaizen/project to identify and improve the process and quality.
• Design sampling control process and checkpoints to perfect sampling quality.
• Coordinate Internal/External ISO standard audit and annual renewal activities.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Packaging or printing related field preferred;
• At least two year of engineering work experience on leader role (Printing or Packaging industry is preferred);
• Good knowledge command of end to end manufacturing process, product construction design and application;
• Solid project management experience, familiar with Lean concept and Sigma tools;
• Ability to work out product costing based on manufacturing process and analyze CM impact;
• Strong hands-on ownership, proven leadership and team management skill;
• Efficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• No color blindness.
