Sr. Foundry Technology Engineer is essential role to drive strategy and execution throughout new technology introduction, new product Introduction, yield improvement, to mass production.

Scope:

• Manage foundries new technology introduction to ensure process qualification and schedule

• Manage foundries new product introduction to ensure products time to market, product qualification on schedule, yield ramp, and mass production

• Drive foundries on continuous improvement on delivery, yield, cost, and quality

• Drive continuous improvement on excursions prevention and handling

• Establish close relations in cross-function and cross-company teams to ensure projects execution

Requirements:

1) Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related engineering degree

2) Experience in process development, process integration, product engineering. Minimum 10 years of work experience is required.

3) Good in project management, mutli-culture communication, and foundry management

4) Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
