MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

l Develop, organize and deliver sales training programs for sales rep and managers in alignment with yearly sales training plan

l Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs to ensure the continuous improvement of the program quality

l Develop and improve training processes, procedures, training materials manuals and other training aids to increase the effectiveness of training sessions

l Conducting/observing workshops

l Coop on other sales development project

l Work in the field with sales managers and reps to find key business issues that can be addressed through training to improve sales force effectiveness

l Participate in sales/marketing management and other meetings to gain insight into the business and suggest ways of developing competencies and improving the effectiveness of the field force

l Understand the medical knowledge, product knowledge and business process in assigned BU to provide the specific cases study in sales training program for BU

JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

l Bachelor degree or above in Medical related field

l At least 3 years’ experience in medical device sales or sales training, cardiac pacing allied professionals are preferred

l Having passions in training

l Self-motivation and good personality

l Effective in communication and good interpersonal skill

l Excellent communication skill, good planner and organizer

l Good command in English and familiar with MS office
