• Job definition:
  • 3DIC Flow integration and methodology development. More focus on the RDL Routing solution with Innovus for interposer.
  • Work with RnD, PE and Foundry team to build the comprehensive solution to address the 2.5D/3DIC demand.
  • Integrate the Design planning (OrbitIO), Implementation ( Innovus, Virtusso, SiP), Extraction & Analysis (Quantus, XcitePI/SystemSI), and physical verification
