We don’t need superheroes, just super minds BACHELOR’S DEGREE with 2 years of experience in handling customer queries by following the predefined processes through emails/tickets and Hotline services (technical Support - experience with providing Hardware, configuring support. Excellent understanding of technology, software applications, and phone and computer systems. With 1 year of experience in monitoring Calls and emails/tickets as per predefined parameters. Added Advantage: Knowledge on Electric Vehicle and AC/DC chargers. (Knowledge in Power Electronics equipment like Chargers/Inverters/AC drives, Devices…etc. and Commissioning of EV Chargers). Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills. Proficiency in presentation skills and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office packages like WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
