Purpose of the Position: 

Develop and setup the product process in CLS Wu Jiang plant to realize the manufacturing. Continuously improve process performance. 开发和建立康宁生命科学吴江工厂生产工艺实现产品制造。持续改进制造生产工艺的绩效。

Day to Day Responsibilities:  Use statistical methods and engineering tools for product and process analysis. Implement effective performance monitoring and tracking system. 使用统计方法和工程工具进行产品和过程分析。实施有效的性能监控和跟踪系统。 

Provides day-to-day problem solving support to production, development and operations. 提供日常问题解决支持生产，开发和运营。 

Trouble shoots product related material, process and equipment issues, identifies root cause and implements corrective action. 解决产品相关的材料、设备和工艺上的问题，确定根本原因并实施纠正行动。 

Lead or Supports new product introductions through equipment installation, process certification, documentation and training. 领导或支持新产品的推出，通过设备安装、工艺认证、文档和培训。 

Lead process development and validation for new material and Equipment. 领导工艺开发和验证新的材料和设备。 

Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes. 工具和文件材料、工艺和/或设备的变化。 

Use PEx tools to continuously improve the process to achieve manufacture performance excellence. Develop and implement projects to support cost reduction, OEE and other manufacture objectives. 使用PEX工具不断改进的过程中实现卓越生产性能。制定和实施项目，以支持降低成本，设备综合效率和其他生产目标。 
