Job Tittle – Sr Process Lead – Hire to Retire We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services and leverage our powerful ecosystem of leading external and internal partners and our network of key delivery centers We believe in the value of industry best-practice standards achieved through evolving technology and digitalization. In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner with Change the future with us: · Managing employees' compensation, updating our internal payroll databases, and ensuring timely payments. · Co-ordination with payroll vendor. · Ensuring all payments and deductions are processed with high accuracy. · Ensuring timeliness in paying salering to employees and statutory remittances · Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. · Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. · Build relationships, create partnerships, build trust, share ideas and accomplish work with the team. · Develop people - Help others become more effective through strengths, expectations and coaching. · Lead change - Embrace change and set goals that align with a stated vision · Inspire others. Encourage others through positivity, vision, confidence, challenges and recognition. · Think critically. Gather and evaluate information that leads to smart decisions. · Communicate clearly.
