In doing so, we deliver flexibility, quality and efficiency for the businesses we partner with Change the future with us: · Managing employees' compensation, updating our internal payroll databases, and ensuring timely payments. · Co-ordination with payroll vendor. · Ensuring all payments and deductions are processed with high accuracy. · Ensuring timeliness in paying salering to employees and statutory remittances · Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. · Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. · Build relationships, create partnerships, build trust, share ideas and accomplish work with the team. · Develop people - Help others become more effective through strengths, expectations and coaching. · Lead change - Embrace change and set goals that align with a stated vision · Inspire others.
