Job Responsibilities工作职责:

Product Definition

• Make drawing for our product
• Make all child parts drawing and specification for purchasing and SQE team
• Make PSS ( product specification) for production and quality team
• Make BOM for planning team
• Make product characteristic list
• Make checking fixture specification
• Make homologation specification

Communication

• Communicate with customer to solve the technical problem and give suggestion to customer
• Communicate with internal team to ensure all the definitions are reasonable
• Communicate with internal team to solve all the technical problem

Tools and fixture design

• Tooling design, tooling fixture design, film,NC, Brt,

Product Feasibility study

• Glass dossier , heating line simulation, wiper simulation, optical analysis
• PDM management
• Upload all the data to PDM system
• Release the data to other team that related, and release data and drawing to supplier

Job Requirements工作要求

• Education学历: Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical engineering, industrial Engineering or related fields
• Language语言: English: CET-4 or above, good oral English
• Computer skill计算机技能:

• Software skill (Catia(Intermediate), UG(Intermediate), Rhino, AutoCAD, …)
• MS Office application skills

• Work experience工作经验: Over 3 years of related experience.
