As Senior Product Manager, Anti-Infectives Marketing you will work across three antibiotic brands (Dalvance, Avycaz and Teflaro), with responsibility for developing and implementing strategy in close collaboration with the sales force and cross functional partners. This position reports to the Associate VP, Anti-Infectives Marketing. You are: A strategic thinker and brand developer who can put ideas into action A strong collaborator who would enjoy working cross-functionally with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Sales Training, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance Adept at utilizing customer and marketplace insights to identify, develop and execute business initiatives You will: Plan and execute HCP promotional projects, including field facing and non-personal promotion Contribute to strategic and tactical planning, working with the Anti-infectives Integrated Brand Team to use market research and data-driven insights to help develop an annual strategic and tactical plan Gain experience leading and managing projects, including vendor and agency management for professional projects Communicate regularly with field sales and the medical field team to understand the needs of our internal and external customers and react quickly Have responsibility for medical conferences and other cross-portfolio activities that cut across the anti-infectives franchise Demonstrate fiscal Responsibility and develop financial acumen. Manage budget to optimize spend against highest ROI tactics and track/plan budget spending ** This role can sit in the New York, NY or Lake County, IL office Qualifications At least 3 years progressive experience in pharmaceutical brand management, sales, or sales training Experience in antibiotics / hospital market a plus Outstanding planning and organizational skills with exceptionally high attention to quality of detail and proven track record of results and follow-up Understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace including medical, regulatory and clinical processes Bachelor’s degree required.
