We are presently recruiting for a Sr. Product Manager for Juvederm®, based in Markham. This full-time position reports the Associate Director of Marketing, Allergan Aesthetics. The incumbent will oversee this category-leading brand which fills a unique and critical role in our patients’ lives and our customers’ practices. The Sr Product Manager will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic and highly-collaborative environment that is dedicated to creating value for our customers (Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Aesthetic Medicine practitioners), consumers, and the Allergan Aesthetics business. Responsibilities: Be the champion of our customers and their patients, continually working to better understand and deliver on their needs and identify opportunities for partnership Lead the collaborative development of yearly, integrated brand plans with local cross-functional partners and International and regional (Western Europe and Canada, WEC) partners Lead a team of cross-functional partners (including Medical, Allergan Medical Institute, Clinical Specialists, Sales, KAMs) to develop and implement short and long-range brand plans and sales forecasts Own the development of key solutions designed to boldly drive Juvederm® growth while accurately planning and reporting financial spend; this includes estimating monetary impact of solutions and developing and implementing measurement plans In collaboration with the sales training organization, develop robust, comprehensive sales force training programs and execution plans Own and continuously enhance our knowledge of the consumer and, in partnership with the Consumer Marketing team, develop and place compelling content and measure and optimize its impact Work closely with Marketing colleagues to develop synergies with the other businesses in the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio (including BOTOX COSMETIC®, CoolSculpting® and SkinMedica®) Work collaboratively with International Strategic Marketing (ISM) and WEC counterparts to co-create solutions to ensure they reflect Canadian strategic priorities and local regulations Work with our business excellence partners to understand business drivers and identify new opportunities for growth Build and enrich KOL relationships in support of our brand objectives Motivate and inspire field sales teams by delivering innovative and value-creating tools and programs Qualifications Skills: Strategic thinking, multi-tasking with a high level of organization and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders and opinion leaders Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Strong project management skills and an ability to think and plan strategically (work plans, activities, timelines, targeting) and operate with executional excellence Proven track record of taking in diverse data and perspectives in the development of insights-based strategies focused on doing what is right for the customer, the team, and the business Analytical mindset, consistently measuring and optimizing return on Marketing spend, while demonstrating strong budget management skills Comfortable in a matrix structure. Strong collaborator.
