• Assess and define market size and opportunities in the Plan process.
•Direct, develop and implement marketing words, programs, and tools that are targeted to the achievement of plan sales and margin goals.
•Define new segments for the new business development & liaise with oversea counterparts to drive for the success of the strategic intents.
•Determine pricing and positioning based on strategic goals of the products in the target segment. Roll out products based on availability and regulatory timelines.
•Provide financial planning related to product launch, customer satisfaction, scientific leadership, and new business and people development.
•Design training programs target to consistently upgrade marketing & sales team’s professionalism in personal and group selling of focused products.
•Build relationship with KOLs.
•Conduct joint field calls with markerting & sales team members to provide field coaching and gather customer needs and competitive information.
