Job Description
- Build and introduce the new technologies and solutions.
- Create SOPs and training documents for main process & solutions for RFID operation.
- Train the engineer / technician / operators from Apparel RFID Hangtag and Service Bureau sites on SOPs, problem solving and production know-hows
- Provide onsite support to operators to ensure smooth launch of RFID new programs
- Provide technical support to Nansha RFID Operations.
- Variable data process study and application
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with manufacturing equipment preferred. Experience in RFID converting, printing & encoding machinery, be familiar with popular digital printing technology including laser, digital, thermal, inkjet.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills are critical for this role. Thinking "out of the box"
- Good Engilish skill
- Strong statistical analysis skills and data driven.
- Capable of creating executive summaries to be presented to leadership levels in the organization
- Highly focused on results
- Willing to work under pressure. Motivated by challenges
