Job Description

The SATG Office of COO is seeking a highly motivated, accountable and innovative Senior Program Manager. The candidate will lead multi-faceted programs and initiatives aligned to the SATG COO's business objectives. The candidate must be experienced with creating, managing and driving complex programs and projects across large matrixed organizations. The candidate must be comfortable working in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, experienced leading with influence, able to communicate with impact internally and externally, while role modeling and inspiring Intel's desired cultural attributes including accountability.

The candidate should also possess the following skills / traits:

  • High tolerance for ambiguity with the ability to drive clarity, along with strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Highly accountable for results, demonstrating high energy and self-motivation with a positive attitude.
  • Proven track record of inclusive leadership, taking initiative and driving projects/deliverables to high quality with deadline pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to influence, while working across large teams, sites, and countries at all levels.
  • Responsible for creating the communication plan and identifying content for the regular updates to partners and other stakeholders within the company.
  • Able to push back, challenge thinking, and do the right thing even when difficult.
  • Ability to interface with cross-Intel stakeholders to facilitate alignment, collaboration and efficiencies.
  • Plan, create, and deliver program communications and presentations across global audiences, ensuring preparation for all engagements.
  • Comfortable driving and completing multiple projects /efforts at once with competing deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking coupled with strong execution.
  • Drives cross-collaborative meetings by creating and disseminating agendas, minutes, and ARs.
  • Operate with an outcomes-oriented, always curious, and highly collaborative mindset


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, process improvement, internal communications

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$121,260.00-$193,880.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
