How will you make an impact?
 
A Sr Supply Chain Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects by managing all aspects of the projects: scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources.
This role will be responsible for the creation, organization, execution and completion of specific projects focused on supply chain improvements that aim to significantly improve clinical customers experience. This includes managing relevant employees, setting deadlines, communicating with company executives about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting, if necessary, to meet new requirements.
 
What will you do?

• Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
• Delegate tasks on the project to team members best positioned to complete them.
• Identify and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and goals.
• Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Communicate with executives or the steering committee to keep the project aligned with Company goals.
• Adjust schedules and targets on the project, as needed.
• Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time.                                                                                                                                           

• 7-10 years of supply chain management or IT project management.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or other business management discipline or related field. 
• Understanding of Customer Service and Distribution / Warehousing operating dynamics.
• Understanding of SAP® and JDE E1 Oracle® systems.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to translate complex supply chain situations into terms clearly understood by various client groups including senior management.
• Strong analytical skills combined with practical business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive and build relationships in a matrix environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, typically initiating own tasks with input/guidance from manager and managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
