As a member of the NA Lenovo.com Web Operations and Business Insights team, you will get the opportunity to manage many different projects, be expected to wear multiple hats, and contribute directly to our success as an organization. As part of managing our projects we expect that you will: • Define requirements and scope enhancements through internal and external solutions • Oversee program execution including personnel assignment, project scheduling, and timely delivery • Provide timely, clear, concise and complete communications to  Business Stakeholders,  Leadership and IT Teams • Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary • Focus on automating service needs for business and work with Business Stakeholders and Technical teams to develop solutions that will increase customer adoption and revenue execution • Meet or exceed targets for business and/or feature spend adoption • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Business Stakeholders including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teams • Interface with project team members to understand project team requirements. • Help create, manage and hold staff responsible to the product development lifecycle process. • Document project release and/or milestone requirements, estimating needed resources and time to completion. • Manage sprints and sprint meetings. • Follow code reviews to assess risks that a merge may not land during the scheduled sprint. • Assist with deployment processes • Improve and organize internal wiki documentation. • the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of project sponsors • Demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions • Resolve conflicts • Create lasting, productive partnerships with sponsors • Exhibit a credible executive image when strategically communicating project information • Manage budget, project schedule, and project goals • Cultivate contacts with vendor requirements planners and/or developers in order to obtain information to support project activities • Regularly makes decisions and takes independent action on matters directly affecting strategic goals • Performs other related duties as assigned #### Position Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar • MBA or similar • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Project or Program Manager • Previous experience managing sprints and sprint meetings • at least 3 years of experience working with and leading global teams • At least 4 years of ecommerce experience • Experience providing technology program leadership for B2C and SMB • at least 5 years experience in high profile roles leading technology implementation projects for B2C and SMB • Understanding of our integration capabilities across all integration types inclusive of internal both front end and back end as well as through third party vendors • Experience developing implementation delivery methodologies • Previous experience working in the consumer electronics industry is preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
