Position Overview
This position combines the responsibilities of IT project management with full functional ownership of our Customer Engagement solutions includes but not limited to the customer identity, database, and email campaign system integration. The role comes with a high degree of empowerment and responsibility, providing growth opportunities to engage with global parties including business around the world and their local partners.
- Accountable for ensuring IT solution running smoothly, taking proactive actions to prevent incidents.
- Responsible for developing a strong business partnership with the user and ensuring timely communication of IT matters. He/She is also responsible for ensuring good coordination and working relationship with all internal and external service providers.
- Accountability for the system quality.
- Accountable for ensuring that IT solutions are compliant with regulation (e.g. GDPR), IT Policies & Procedures as well as security guideline.
資格
Required:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (TOEIC 785 is the minimum requirement).
- University degree in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline (additional Business education is a plus).
- 3 years in IT project management. Experience in managing end-to-end planning, delivery and control of IT projects is a must.
- 2 years in developing any kind of programming language
- Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
Preferred:
- Prior employment with a multinational consumer goods company is preferred.
- Functional knowledge and/or actual experience using CRM or Marketing related systems.
