Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Assist Leasing Management team in PRC property management related matters
• Work and communicate closely with PRC property management companies for daily operation
• Perform adhoc assignments as required
• Degree holder in Real Estate/Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in property management field
• Property management experiences in PRC is a MUST
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Word & Excel) and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, independent, self-motivated, detail- minded, hardworking & able to work under pressure
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
