Job Summary:

• Senior purchase specialist for indirect purchase demand outside of GS/PUI scope in RBAC
• Lead the topic of purchase & selling in the team

Introduction of RBAC/DBE:

• RBAC/DBE (Deployment Business Excellence) is established in 2018. Main functions are purchase handling for purchase demand which is out of GS (central purchasing) scope or below 12,500 euro in CDP (Cross Divisional Platform) and GBs, scraped assets disposal for RBAC (Bosch Suzhou), logistic damage claim for responsible scope and other logistic services. Mission of RBAC/DBE is to deploy excellent business to RBAC by cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional sourcing and negotiation services for indirect demand outside of GS scope and consultancy to our internal customers to achieve cost saving target
• Provide asset selling services to our internal customers for more add-value.
• Actively promote the team, identify cost saving potential and consult internal customers for process optimization, cost reduction and risk elimination
• Lead the topic of purchase & selling in the team and implement related tasks according to the plan
• Cooperate with CDP (cross divisional platform) departments and central indirect purchasing organization for CIP and transformation.

• Bachelor degree
• >5 years indirect purchasing with good negotiation and communication skills, leadership experience preferred
• Customer orientated and UX mindset, result orientated, proactively and analytical
• Personality: responsible, reliable, cost-conscious
• English (fluent in oral and written)
