Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for operational purchasing of standard parts.

• Keep updating database of suppliers and price.

• Launch orders for all purchasing items according to MRP plan and follow up the delivery time according to master production schedule.

• Assist in facilitate and drive supplier continuous improvement according to Hennecke’s standard and culture.

• Coordinate for supplier quality and on time delivery tracking.

• Support for the sourcing engineer for daily supplier management.

• Payment/Invoice follow up.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or automatic control.

• At least 3 years related working experience in European / American machinery manufacturing enterprises.

• Fluent in English, ability to communicate technical, business requirements and terminology between cultures.

• SAP experience.
