null In this role, you have the opportunity to

be part of the International Market Team to support the Q&R leaders, Market related Subject Matter Expert (SME)s and Philips Quality Management Systems (PQMS) team in the execution of Philips Strategy.

You act as a key Markets Q&R Point of Contact, lead and deliver timely & effective projects which will drive forward continuous improvement initiatives and embed a standardized way of working.

As QMS Transformation SME, you ensure effective compliance and delivery of the business objectives of the QMS activities throughout the international Markets. You have responsibility within the Q&R International Markets team to support and maintain full compliance to the Quality System Regulations including Philips Global Procedures.

You are responsible for

  • Development, delivery, and scheduling of projects, in accordance to Quality & Regulatory demands and compliance requirements.

  • Maintaining responsibility for planning and organizing resources cross-functionally to achieve project goals and objectives. This includes but is not limited to: utilizing key project management tools (Risk Management Plan, Program/Project Plan, Schedule, Resource Plan, Daily Management, RACI’s, etc.) to effectively mitigate risks and provide clear direction

  • Support development of integration strategies and integration approach into the Markets Q&R (scoping, resource planning, integration budget, etc.) Pre-Acquisition.

  • Support assurance to execution of the Post-Acquisition integration activities that are to transition in the Markets Q&R

  • Be a resource in the development and further lifecycle activities scoping the Markets Q&R in the Q&R (Merger & Acquisitions) M&A playbook

  • Works with Philips SMEs, Markets, SSD and Business Units (BU) to ensure ICQA requirements are established, met and ICQAs maintained.

  • Provide change Management/Deployment support to subject matter experts (SMEs) on the implementation of the E2E PIL Solution and their effective adoption by Markets.

  • Driving the standardization and best in class execution by International markets teams

  • Act as a key driver for the promotion of quality awareness in the market.

You are a part of

  • International Markets PQMS Team, consisting of PQMS Team (operating the Multimarket Philips QMS), and International Market Q&R leaders.

  • The scope covers the following Business Units: Health & Wellness, Personal Care, Domestic Appliances, and Coffee. Main stakeholders include: Consumer Care Management, Call Centers Management, Safety Management

  • Key partner to Global PQMS team, NAM & Gr China Markets, SSD and Philips PEPF BPO/BPEs.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor Degree (Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Medical Engineering, or similar technical discipline) and have at least 10 years’ relevant experience in a Regulated Industry.

  • Experience in quality management systems is essential, with strong knowledge of ISO 13485, 9001, and 14971 (Risk management)

  • Experience interfacing with regulatory bodies/health ministries in applicable markets and respective countries. Previous experience with US FDA inspections is a plus.

  • Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, Project Management capability, analytical & problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

  • Strong ability to manage projects remotely, with teams located in various sites and/or countries

  • Strong leadership and business partnering for Markets PMS; working closely with executive leadership. (Global PQMS/ Q&R International Market leaders)

  • Must possess strong communication, project management and leadership skills as well as have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team.

  • Training in Project and Lean Methodologies is a plus.

  • 25% Global Travel may be required
