Job Description
- Responsible for increasing revenue by achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts
- Driving account strategies & initiatives independently to achieve sales target
- Collaborate with team leader, Global account sales Leader, BU, HK/RO Sales Forces on account strategy identification, planning and execution,
- Driving monthly business review with regional office, factory sales team to ensure global strategies and initiatives are aligned and executed;
- Lead and drive the "attack plan" regionally;
- Provide priority of sales initiatives to factory sales team;
- Proactively identify potential customers and prospect opportunities at buying office level/agent level;
- Manage buying office, ensure service and solutions provided meet customer needs ;
- Build and maintain relationship with target factories, agents and buying offices of Master Customers;
- Understand market and competitive landscape, obtain sales forecast from customers and provide support to internal customer service and operation team;
- Provide support at customer complaint handling and issue resolution between internal customer & regional buying office, act as buffer between internal & external customer;
- Responsible for pricing negotiation with customers to realize business growth and meet company's CM requirement;
Qualifications
- College degree or above;
- Excellent knowledge of English , fluent in oral English
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Power Point,;
- Min. 3 years successful sales experience, experience at apparel and footwear manufacturers and market preferred;
- Demonstrate successful sales experience that involved negotiating complex transactions or similar experience;
- Excellent negotiation skill, communication skill, customer service skill and experience;
- Able to travel frequently and work under pressure;
- Strong ability to work as part of a team;
