Description
- Establishes goals to meet objectives about Reagents business.
- Establishes reagents sales standards, procedures, performance levels and documentation requirements for a given territory
- Provides guidance to sales staff to achieve goals in accordance with established policies about reagents business
- Develop relationships with KOL and key accounts and general customers
- Attend seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations by close work with marketing team within the territory in order to promote company’s reagents business
- Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.
- Ensures staff skills are developed and maintained on a continual basis to ensure cost/effective operations
- Communicates with sales staff, issues to high level activity to sell reagents
- Adheres to policies and procedures
Qualifications
- A university graduate in medical laboratory technology or science
· Good command in computer application with Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel is a must
· Good command in English(read, write and speak)
- Previous work experience as a medical laboratory technologist is preferred
- Fresh graduate with good potential can be considered
- Previous experience in selling is a plus
· Obtains required learning and additional expertise to expand repertoire of skills
· Uses logical methodology in analyses
