#### Position Description:


Lenovo is looking for a temporary (6 months) senior level recruiting
professional to handle a variety of full life cycle recruiting for Latin
America (Mexico, Colombia, Perú,Chile & Argentina).  The Sr. Recruiter will
act as the key focal point for Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
He/She will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of hiring from
recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations to
presenting and negotiating offers.   This position will be primarily
responsible for handling recruiting for professional level roles.
Key responsibilities include:
• Proactively source candidates using internet resources, social media,
employee referrals, headhunting techniques and other creative methods.
• Recruit for skill sets/candidate profiles that are new to Lenovo and tied to
our strategic initiatives and areas of growth
•Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Peoplefluent) to efficiently process and
track candidates
•Interview and recommend candidates to hiring managers and hiring focal
points.
•Create, extend and negotiate offers with candidates to ensure a high
acceptance rate
•Track spending related to talent acquisition and make recommendations on how
to best use resources
•Develop/Maintain relationships with professional organizations and other
sources of applicant referral.
•Deal with hiring managers across the region

#### Position Requirements:


•3 or more years of professional level recruiting experience in a corporate
and/or agency setting is required
•Technology industry recruiting is preferred.  Sales recruiting experience is
preferred.
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
•The candidate must possess a strong understanding and appreciation of a
diverse work environment and have demonstrated initiatives for recruiting for
diversity.
•Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
•Must have applicant tracking system experience.  Experience with Peopleclick
strongly preferred
•Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team oriented environment
