职位描述

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for company talent acquisition works, including but not limited to manage recruitment channels, fill-up the vacancies, internal communication with hiring managers. This role is expected to have good mindset on data analysis and reporting. Could be a professional advisor on interview process optimizing and talent evaluation.

[Responsibilities]

• Assist to monitor the talent acquisition and manpower planning for offices in China,
• Roll out and continuously improve recruitment process and tools
• Evaluate the current sourcing channels to ensure it effectiveness
• Plan and execute yearly campus recruiting events with key universities in China
• Provide end-to-end recruitment process for fulfillment of vacancies
• Give suggestions to Line mangers based on related reports in different recruitment phase

任职条件

• Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:
• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 5-year-experince including in-house or agency recruiting experience
• With over sea’s recruitment experience is preferred
• Healthcare industry is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in conducting performance based job interviews
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
• A good team member, able to work under high pressure
