What we do: The Data Management Team is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of core client firm and security data on the Nexus operating platform, via consumption of external party data feeds and verified client firm instruction, and in liaison with external parties such as the London Stock Exchange. Data Management works in collaboration with other CSD teams to facilitate core business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for: On a daily basis monitor the overnight data feed from Pershing’s chosen vendor with a view to ensuring the accuracy of client and regulatory reporting. Carry out integrity checks and exception reporting on stated datafeed prior to market opening ensuring internal processes Create new Financial Market Instruments in conjunction with the London Stock Exchange following client request adhering to stated SLA’s. Responding to complex queries, liaising with internal and external parries as required Qualifications Experience & Qualifications: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in administration Excel knowledge Financial Services and Investment Product exposure within the Fund Management, Platform, Private Client, Wealth Management, or Financial Intermediary spaces preferred Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
