As a Sr. Staff Project Manager, you will be responsible for Manage projects within the software department by implementing the mission, goals and testing processes established for the test organization Ensure that software products and tools meet established standards of quality, including reliability, usability and performance Lead the test strategy by defining the right mix of manual and automation tests, define effort and timeline based on the resource allocation Lead and oversee all the software test deliverables including Verification Plan and Reports Communicate and interact effectively with organizational management and staff This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers Have good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle such as Agile, Kanban, Waterfall. Have advance knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices, including test optimization techniques such as OATS/Pairwise Will be working with our latest technology and therefore candidate is willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions Excellent at troubleshooting software issues Proficient in defining, estimating, and tracking progress of tasks and communicate project status Willingness to travel and flexibility, including short-term international deployment, is expected Required skills to have for the success of this role Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 5-8 years of successful experience in a related field and the successful demonstration of key responsibilities Willing to travel up to 20% Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
