Eaton’s Electrical Division is currently seeking a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. This role will be based in Moon Township, PA or Beachwood, OH or Remote (no relocation benefit will be provided). Position Overview: Under general supervision, this position is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support of sales incentive plan (SIP) payment processing for Eaton. In addition, this role will be responsible for processing monthly Manufacturing Rep commissions. This position will act as administrator for performing both simple and complex duties relevant to SIP support utilizing previous experience, strong problem-solving, organizational and technical abilities, balanced judgment, excellent communication and collaboration skills. In this function you will: You will develop an understanding of the sales incentive program structure and relevant sales crediting and goal-setting processes. You will develop an understanding of the manufacturer representative commission plans and relevant sales crediting processes. You will develop an understanding of SIP administration within the Sales Performance Management (SPM) application. You will Assist in administration of quarterly and annual SIP payouts utilizing SPM software. You will provide ongoing support for reporting, troubleshooting and resolution of sales incentive issues. You will develop an understanding of Manufacturer Rep Commissioning processes within the Sales Performance Management (SPM) application. You will perform monthly HRMS audits, recommend improvements to current processes to ensure accuracy. You will perform daily and monthly job scheduling, per existing guidelines. You will manage process for uploading data inputs into SPM in support of tech-lite, MBO and sales operations incentive plans. You will compile Annual SIP Risk Assessment data for submittal to Corporate/Executive Compensation. You will control data integrity within Sales Performance Management (SPM) software as required for incentive plan calculation and administration. You will document processes as needed. Maintain current Sales Incentive Plan documentation. Manage uploaded documents (Plan Docs/T&Cs, Other Documents and Training) Manage annual SIP Acknowledgement process utilizing SPM Software Why work at Eaton? Excellent analytical and quantitative skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
