Job Description
Eaton’s Eletrical division is currently seeking a Sales Engineer for Pacific Zone to join our team. This position is going to be located in Guadalajara The Sales Engineer is Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account. Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and maintaining effective agreements. The principal’s objectives of the Sales Engineer are: Builds relationship with external customers. Elaborate visit customer agenda and make the report out. Elaborate customers contact information ( purchasing, accounts payable, warehouse, planning, operations, staff, etc). Training to distributors. Review distributors inventory levels and suggests action plans. Facilitate the communication with account receivable to get the accounts updated. Give support to internal customers to solve any issue related with the assigned accounts. Maintain POP material with assigned accounts. Support the assigned accounts to penetrate new accounts, (resale, end user, etc.). Supervise Sales Promoters. Get voice of the customer (VOC) to contribute to the roadmap process. Report out all the competitors initiative to support business intelligence Use the information and tools provided to stablish the strategy for business review. Qualifications BS Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering o similar Business Experience: 3-5 years in similar position English: Written and spoken SAP or any ERP Windows Office 100% travel availability We make what matters work.
