Job Description
The responsibility of Sales L&D solutions to build & develop Sales Capabilities within the each BU sales force, through building L&D system and implementing learning programs ( e.g.: Sales curriculum, training workshops based on BU and TA needs) Partnership with BU sales force to develop sales capabilities included DSM/SR
- Build partnership with RSD to create sales capabilities learning solutions
- Implement learning solutions, plan & program
- Work with RSD/DSM to identify sales capabilities & development needs
- As a sales capabilities consultant to help RSD to build, develop and evaluate the sales capabilities
- Design and Customize learning program to meet sales capabilities development needs;
- Facilitate Learning program and workshop based on sales learning curriculum in Lilly China;
基本资格要求
Core requirements:
- 2 years above District Manager experience in pharmaceutical industry (better have training experience)
- Good performance rating
- Good English knowledge
- Medicine or medical bachelor degree
- Good computer skills
- Coaching skills
- Influencing & communication skills (written, oral, and listening)
- Problem solving skills & conflict resolution skills
- Training program management skills (e.g. logistics, scheduling, etc.)
- Project management skill
- Self-motivated & good learning agility
- Knowledge of learning theories and applications including:
- Knowledge of industry and external training trends
- Knowledge of key products and selling skills
- Facilitation skills including good use of presentation, questioning, and debriefing skills
