Role Summary: Overall responsibility for commercial business development of the Offshore segment in China and key Asian market, aligning the development projects with other functions and global offshore team.
Essential Responsibilities:  New key account customer penetration and development in China.
 Lead commercial and contractual interfaces with assigned customers.
 Manage 360 degree team for assigned customers, and maximize customer satisfaction.
 Be responsible on the sales target on the assigned customers; maintain strong pipeline offshore business growth in China.
 Help Offshore China develop offshore service capacity, identify market needs and location, develop potential local service partners.
 Approach all level of developers, end users in China, properly deliver GE’s value on quality and reliability to offshore operation; develop new sales channel or pipeline to secure China growth target.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Eng or Business administration
  • Over 6 years of industrial experience, with minimum 4 years in key account management role
  • Experienced in managing large international contracts negotiations dealing with complex industrial goods
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Wind Power industrial experience a must Knowledge and Skills
  • Creative mind set exploring innovative business solution
  • Listening VOC. Proven ability to show strong responsiveness to customer with Pro-active / Do-er spirit willing to take ownership
  • Be able to manage a challenging sales quota and handle multiple customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Analytical and structured sales profile with proven track record of managing large and complex contract development
  • Strong team spirit sharing openly view points and accepting challenges
  • Be able to travel frequently
