With us, you can do something significant that benefits society and human progress Your new role – challenging and future-oriented • Take ownership, leading and develop modernization and upgrade business of large steam turbines and generators in Utility Power Plants. • Create and offer comprehensive solutions and service packages. • Maintain and update topics related to the industry, market trends and competitor intelligence, analyse and work out strategies. • Develop new customer account and formulate business strategy with maximum share of business for Siemens to gain market share within the Region. • Lead Bid Strategy discussions, providing input on technical and value advantages to the customer on Siemens large steam turbine and generator modernization products. • Strong strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills and business acquisition. • Work closely with the engineering team, operations, finance, SCM and the Field Service organization, as required, in order to identify and quantify risks, develop mitigating actions to those risks in pre bid phase, prepare the technical/execution risk assessment form. • Identify and analyzing customer’s requirements, coordinate with internal stake holders to address customer’s needs and offer solutions, carry out presentations to achieve business target. • Analysis of enquiry, meeting with clients for pre bid requirements, identifying technical and commercial requirements, preparation of techno commercial offer in coordination with bid manager and submitting the tender to the customers. • Managing Sales Promotions Events for the customers, and be able to handle Key Accounts and has the ability to convince them with Compelling arguments. • Working experience in commercial / legal / contract management related tasks • Flexibility and willingness for potential domestic / international travel We don’t need Super heroes, Just Super minds • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Degree • 12 - 15+ years equivalent work experience • Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills • Role requires extensive knowledge & experience of the power plants, crucial know-how to close orders directly with customers. • Have experience in handling utility power Govt and private customers of India.
