How will you make an impact?
As SFDC developer you will provide technical expertise to build effective and scalable CRM solutions, aligning with Thermo Fisher Scientifics standards & strategic objectives.

What will you do?

As Salesforce.com developer you will be responsible for working with the business analyst teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions and implement them in salesforce platform. You will also be responsible for documenting and implementing the best practices in the system to ensure the stability of the system.

How will you get here?

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Salesforce.com Platform Developer II certification is preferred

• IT experience that includes 6 to 8 years in SalesForce.com CRM Platform both as Administrator and Developer
• Design and Develop/Publish various Inbound/Outbound Web services to enable real time integrations

• Strong Experience in Developing client specific solutions using Apex classes, Triggers, Controllers & Controller Extensions, Components, Test Methods
• Have hands on experience in Salesforce.com CRM integration, developing and deploying custom integration solutions with Sandbox and Production Environments. Experience in also integration of Salesforce.com applications with other applications with an emphasis of the Web Services/XML
• Excellent skills in creating/troubleshooting/modifying Apex code and Visual force pages
• Strong knowledge on Administration setup, Apex,Visual force and experience with different SFDC development tools like Force.com, Eclipse IDE and integration tools like Informatica on Demand
• Experience in writing test classes and test methods to ensure maximum code coverage in production instance
• Extensive experience in designing of Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Pick List, Role based Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts and Actions, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Tabs, Custom Reports, Report folders, report extractions to various formats, design of Visualforce Pages, Record Types, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements
• Having administration Config experience on CRM applications like data exports &imports, application support, security administration, CMC maintenance, and release management
• Experience in Designing and Building user interfaces, frameworks, components, navigation elements and customization for an extensive, highly interactive cloud-based business application
• Expertise in querying salesforce database using SOQL & SOSL queries using Force.com Explorer
• Have end to end knowledge on Agile Methodology, worked with Scrum Masters, IM PMs on requirements
• Experience in Batch Apex and Schedule Apex Development
• Extensive Experience in data migration and integration using Data loader Utility
