Job Description

  • Provide quality administrative support to management staff to increase operational efficiency.
    • Perform various administrative tasks to reduce the workload on supervisor and Staff.
    • Leverage IT skills to provide effective support to superiors and managers.
    • Act as ingenious problem solver looking proactively to resolve daily business & agenda challenges.
    • Support organization with excellent communication skills
    • Perform administrative support: scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing office, etc.
    • Work very close to Planning, Controller, Commercial and Procurement organization to support business needs (work as true business partner)
  • In charge of Lilly global visitors, including invitation letter, agenda preparation, transportation arrangements and hotel accommodations,
  • CFO’s expenses management and reimbursement, record control. Also, to check all the expenses routed for CFO’s approval.
  • Fully support supervisor with new initiatives:
    • Support supervisor with ad-hoc presentations and ad-hoc projects (ie: OE workshop)
    • Finance department opex management
    • Fully support management with quarterly meetings, workshop activities to drive employee’s engagement.
    • Active support supervisor during business plan and strategic planning exercises (ie: presentations, finance opex, etc)
  • Support Finance Staff as time allocations allows.
  • Act as “ambassador” for internal control and compliance standards (ie: ITP tracking, clean desk, PI, Protect Lilly, maintenance of databases, etc)
  • Finance functional communication draft on behalf of CFO, including translations

基本资格要求

  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree and above (Finance and Administration preferred)
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills
  • Detailed oriented with good analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills

More than 3 years of hands on administrative support experience, in MNCs preferred
