1. Purpose of the position

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide admin support and business support to President and HRD.

2. Key responsibilities
  • To provide overall administration service regarding travel, meetings, calendar and expense handling.
  • To assist in preparing monthly management meeting and take minutes.
  • To help with budget planning and expense tracking.
  • To handle correspondence, emails and calls.
  • To translate documents; prepare letter & presentation slides
  • To interpret at employee activities, customer programs and other functions (including some domestic travels)
  • To be in charge of overseas visitors’ China trip including itinerary, invitation letters, hotel and transportation.
  • To update and maintain some system database.

基本资格要求

  • Fluent in spoken and written English (TEM8 is a plus)
  • Quick learner
  • Good communication skills and active team player
  • Patient, honest, responsible, helpful and can work under pressure
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks
  • Good command of MS office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and etc)
  • 3 to 4 years working experience as secretary to executives in MNC would be a plus
  • Bachelor degree and above
