• SOC Design lead must be senior technical leader who can be entrusted to solve broad problems and drive and close program level decisions for SOC Design.
• Needs to be familiar with all aspects of ASIC design/integration including FE/BE/Post-si support. Experience in solving SoC issues and be able to specify and drive IP requirements
• Motivation to drive an exciting project. Very effective team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to influence in heavily matrixed environment
• Ability to operate in ambiguity where roles may not be clearly defined or teams across multiple/functions and IP/SOC must be pulled together.
• Strong detail oriented driver to ensure SOC design is planned and executing on track and to quality expectations.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering VLSI Design
15+ years of strong team building experience with ability to set collaborative boundaries with other teams
