#### Position Description:


For R&D Lenovo, we are hiring a Sr Software Architect who will implement
software solutions and guide projects team members to achieve project goals.
Our Sr Software Architect will collaborate with Technical Leader to deliver
proof-of-concept projects and support lead implementation projects.

#### Position Requirements:


• Designs the overall technical architecture of the product with the help of
the team
• Responsible for the technical architect and design of the product
• Responsible for guide and support development team with code reviews
• Be hands-on and engage in coding to help the team to develop his solution
and solve all surfacing problems at hand Identifies and removes technical
impediments
• Work with Technical Leader to align the roadmap with strengths and
opportunities
• Experience in Agile Development, with specific Solution Architect (or
similar)
• Experience and ability to drive software engineering lifecycle best
practices
• Solid knowledge: C, C #, Java, Python, Ruby, SQL, React, JS, Testing and
Debugging, Git and Version Control Systems
• Experience with Information Security, Hardware programming, IP Networking,
Linux Administrator
• Experience with Managing technical priorities within the Backlog
• Experience with Continuous Integration (i.e., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience with Static Analyzes tool (i.e., SonarQube, Coverity or Parasoft
or Checkmark)
• Experience with Frontend development
• Experience with RESTful Services and APIs
• Experience with CSS Preprocessors
• Experience with Java, .NET, C#, Ruby, Python
• Experience with Relational databases
• Experience with design patterns
• Problem Solving Skills
• Proven track record of strong verbal/written communication & data
presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both
business and technical teams across the world in English
• Seen as an expert within the technical components of Cloud and Web
Applications
• Can make architecture decisions at a team and product level
• Be able to code and architect end-to-end solutions with multiple types or
architecture
• Familiar with production Cloud / DevOps environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to align the organization on
complex technical decisions
• Active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and maximize the team’s
potential
• Understand relationship with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Design Lead and
rest of technical team
